In 2012 he commanded a main security checkpoint at the London Olympics, ExCeL Centre. Two years later he was second-in-command of a flood relief operation near Windsor.

Most sales problems are not sales problems. They are system problems wearing a sales costume.

I do not pitch frameworks. I ship work.

If the floor is leaking, I find the hole, close it, and make sure it cannot open again.

A forecast you cannot defend with numbers is a guess in a nicer suit.

Train the rep until they cannot get it wrong. Then get out of their way.
