Named in the D2MS company newsletter for Australia, then promoted to Senior Sales Associate inside five months.
The HelloFresh floor, when it mattered.
Both the manager and the senior associate were out. I stepped up to run the 30-rep HelloFresh AU floor, held the line on performance, and the company named me Employee of the Month for Australia in the newsletter.
Five months in, I was promoted to Senior Sales Associate. The retention numbers that quarter were the strongest on record.
